  I am giving four stars because Rosane was awesome when it came to answering questions and helping us when our couch was delivered and there was a flaw and making sure we were happy they ordered us a new piece and it’s on its way. No questions asked which in my eyes is great customer service. The gentleman who delivered our couch called when they were running behind and were nice and polite they set the couch up quickly and took all the packaging with them.
